What is Formjacking?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Formjacking is the software<\/a> equivalent of credit card skimming. It is a portmanteau combining \u201cform\u201d with part of \u201chi-jacking.\u201d It steals credit card details from online forms<\/a>, usually on e-commerce<\/a> sites. Affected websites<\/a> still operate as normal, making it difficult to detect. What is formjacking? It is the invisible thief.<\/p>\n

Credit card skimming<\/a> is the theft of credit card details from physical machines such as ATMs. The threat actors<\/a> introduce a piece of physical hardware<\/a> either inside the ATM or over an external element of it.<\/p>\n
