Honkai: Star Rail 2.5 New Characters

Three new arrivals are added to the Honkai: Star Rail characters list in 2.5: two five-star playable units and a new four-star unit. The two five-star are Feixiao and Lingsha, and the four-star is Moze.

Feixiao is one of the seven Arbiter-Generals and Merlin’s Claw of the Xianzhou Yaoqing. She is a five-star Wind unit of the Hunt and afflicted by Moon Rage.

Lingsha is Cauldron Master of the Xianzhou Luofo Alchemy Commission. A healer and five-star Fire unit, she is of the Abundance Path.

The final of Honkai: Star Rail 2.5’s new characters is Moze who is Feixiao’s assistant. He is a four-star Lightning unit of the Hunt path and a reserved and stealthy assassin.

Honkai: Star Rail 2.5 New Banners

Honkai: Star Rail 2.5’s new banners arrive in two phases, including a new character event warp, the two new playable five-stars (Feixiao and Lingsha), four-star Moze, four returning five-star characters, as well as six boosted four-star characters.

The Honkai: Star Rail 2.5 update’s Banners Phase 1 started on Tuesday, September 10, and runs until Wednesday, October 2. It introduces Feixiao’s Stormrider’s Bolt banner and the Idelible Coterie Banner.

The Indelible Coterie Banner allows you to switch between Kafka, Black Swan, and Robin as the dedicated 5-star character whenever you wish. Pity carries over when you do switch, and Indelible Coterie also shares its pity and guarantees with Feixiao’s Stormrider’s Bolt banner, which runs until October 2, 2024.

Although not mentioned in official press releases, Honkai: Star Rail’s weapons list is added to in the 2.5 update in the traditional form of the game’s light cones. And yes, there is now more to be gained in your Honkai: Star Rail pulls.

There are three new light cones in this Honkail: Rail Star update, two relating to the Hunt path and one to Abundance. As stated on Hoyoverse.com, these can be obtained through the “Brilliant Fixation” Light Cone Event Warp.

Honkai: Star Rail 2.5’s new events are fourfold with players able to participate in each. As listed by Hoyoverse.com, these are below. To advance further in the game, be on the lookout for live stream and gift codes.

• Luminary Wardance Ceremony:?The highly anticipated Wardance festival where courageous competitors can take part, but a “young, red-haired, iron-armed man” is the star.

• Festive Revelry: A Trailblazer’s chance to relax and unwind with Lofu mini-games

• Gift of Comet: A small gift offered obn behalf of the Alliance on the occasion of the Wardance ceremony.

Claim Stellar Jade ×1000, Fuel ×10, and Tears of Dreams ×150 during version 2.5.

• Gift of Odyssey: Log in every day during this event for check-in rewards. Trailblazers can claim Star Rail Special Pass ×10 after checking in for 7 days.

The new mission added in the 2.5 update, follows on from the current Honkai: Star Rail story, and is a Trailblaze Continuance, called “Finest Duel Under The Pristine Blue (II). As with many missions in the game, it is broken up into sub-quests (via Honkai: Star Rail Fandom).

Honkai: Star Rail 2.5 New Map

The Honkai: Star Rail 2.5 update includes one new area that constitutes a new map. Called Skysplitter, it is situated in Xianzhou Luofu and reportedly contains 38 treasure chests.

The map was leaked on Reddit ahead of the 2.5 update in a post by Redditor r/HonkaiStarRail_leaks. The chest locations are now viewable online, too – unless you want to avoid spoilers.

Leaks also suggest a new map may be arriving in the next Honkai: Star Rail update, version 2.6. But there is no official word on that being the case.
