La correcci\u00f3n de errores garantiza la obtenci\u00f3n de mensajes corregidos y sin errores en el lado del receptor.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"definicion_de_correccion_de_errores\">Definici\u00f3n de correcci\u00f3n de errores<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Los sistemas capaces de solicitar la retransmisi\u00f3n de mensajes err\u00f3neos en respuesta a la detecci\u00f3n de errores<strong> incluyen una solicitud autom\u00e1tica de retransmisi\u00f3n, o procesamiento de solicitud autom\u00e1tica de repetici\u00f3n (ARQ)<\/strong>, en su paquete de software de comunicaci\u00f3n. Utilizan acuses de recibo, mensajes de acuse de recibo negativo y tiempos de espera para conseguir una mejor transmisi\u00f3n de datos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARQ es un m\u00e9todo de control de errores (correcci\u00f3n de errores) que utiliza c\u00f3digos de detecci\u00f3n de errores<\/strong> y acuses de recibo positivos y negativos. Cuando el transmisor recibe un acuse de recibo negativo o se produce un timeout antes de recibir el acuse de recibo, el ARQ hace que el transmisor reenv\u00ede el mensaje.<\/p>\n<p>El c\u00f3digo de correcci\u00f3n de errores (ECC) o correcci\u00f3n de errores hacia delante (FEC) es un m\u00e9todo que consiste en a\u00f1adir bits de datos de paridad al mensaje. El receptor leer\u00e1 estos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.techopedia.com\/es\/definicion\/bit\">bits<\/a> de paridad para determinar si se ha producido un error durante la transmisi\u00f3n o el almacenamiento.<\/p>\n<p>En este caso, el receptor comprueba y corrige los errores cuando se producen.
